Terms of Service

By accessing and using Brain Boost ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are students, sellers, browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Brain Boost is an educational platform that connects students with past examination papers and solutions. Our services include: • Access to a library of past exam papers organized by faculty, department, course, and academic year • Purchase of solutions and detailed explanations for exam papers • Subscription plans offering unlimited access to solutions • A marketplace for verified sellers to upload and sell educational content • Mobile application for iOS and Android devices (coming soon) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account credentials with others You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Brain Boost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Brain Boost or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. **For Students:** • You may access and use purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only • You may not redistribute, sell, or share purchased solutions with others • Unauthorized sharing of content may result in account termination **For Sellers:** • You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Brain Boost a license to display and distribute it • You warrant that you have the right to share the content you upload • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights

**Payment Methods:** We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) through our payment partner Fapshi. All transactions are secure and encrypted. **Pricing:** • Prices are displayed in Central African CFA Franc (XAF) • Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect already completed purchases **Refund Policy:** • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase • Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content may qualify for a refund • No refunds for content that has been accessed or downloaded

You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission • Share your account or purchased content with others • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

If you apply to become a seller on Brain Boost: • You must submit a seller application and be approved by our team • You must provide accurate information about your uploaded content • You agree to our revenue sharing model and payment terms • You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of your content • Brain Boost may remove content that violates our policies • Repeated violations may result in seller status revocation Sellers earn commissions on sales of their content, paid according to our payment schedule.

Brain Boost provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy or completeness of any content • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • That any content will help you achieve specific academic results In no event shall Brain Boost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease • You remain bound by sections that by their nature should survive termination • Any purchased content access may be revoked • We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for cause

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Cameroon.
